基于投入产出法的重庆大气污染排放实证分析

Empirical Analysis of Chongqing Air Pollutant Emission Based on Input-output Law

以重庆地区为例,应用环境经济投入产出的原理与方法,建立环境投入-产出模型,发现重庆地区大气环境的主要污染物为二氧化硫、可吸入颗粒物;分析了各污染物的排放情况;结合重庆市"十二五"规划,分析了重庆地区面临治理大气污染的压力与挑战,并提出相应的建议与对策。

Taking Chongqing area as an example, using the principle and method of the input-output of environmental economy, this paper sets up environmental input-output model, finds that the main air pollutants in Chongqing area are sulfur dioxide and inhaling particulate, then analyzes the emission situation of each pollutant, meanwhile, analyzes the pressure and challenge faced by Chongqing area for managing air pollution based on Chongqing＇ s ＂The Twelfth Five-year Plan＂ ,and advances the corresponding suggestions and measures.
