孝感市2008-2012年疑似预防接种异常反应监测

Surveillance on suspected adverse reaction following immunization in Xiaogan( 2008-2012)

目的分析孝感市2008-2012年疑似预防接种异常反应(AEFI)的发生特征,评价AEFI监测系统运行情况、疫苗接种安全性。方法通过AEFI信息管理系统收集孝感市2008-2012年疑似预防接种异常反应个案数据,采用描述性方法进行流行病学分析。结果全市2008-2012年报告AEFI个案804例,AEFI发生率10.71/10万,其中一般反应652例,占81.09%,异常反应134例,占16.67%,偶合反应10例,占1.24%,待定8例,占1.00%,无疫苗质量事故、差错事故及心因性反应报告。≤2岁年龄组435例,占报告数的54.10%,涉及疫苗31种。结论监测数据表明,全市AEFI监测系统运转正常,所使用的疫苗安全性和预防接种服务质量良好,AEFI主要发生在首剂接种早期小年龄组儿童。

Objective To analyze the features of suspected adverse reaction following immunization （AEFI） in Xiaogan county from 2008 - 2012, and evaluate the implementation of AEFI information management system, the quality of immunization services,and safety of vaccines. Methods The AEFI data of Nanning during the period of 2008 - 2012 were collected through the National AEFI Information System. Descriptive methodology was used in this study. Results A total of 804 AEFI cases were reported during the period of 2008 - 2012, AEFI incidence rate was 10. 71/100000, Among them, 652 cases with general reaction （81.09%）, 134 cases with adverse vaccine reaction, serious reaction （16. 67% ）, 10 cases with coincidental illness （1.24%） ,8 cases with unknown reason （1.0%）, No vaccine quality accident, no accidents caused by errors, and psychogenic response. There were 435 cases of ≤2-year-old children,which accounted for 54. 10%. Most cases occurred during the period from March to June, and September to October. 25 kinds of vaccines were involved in AEFI cases. Conclusions According to the data of surveillance,the AEFI surveillance system of Xiaogan was operating normally, safety of vaccines and quality of immunization service were fine. AEFI cases were mainly distributed in the lowage children, first-dose and in the early period of vaccination.
