目的探讨Excel 2003自动审核2012年荆州市血吸虫病疫情年报表使用技巧。方法运用Excel 2003"条件格式",对疫情年报表各字段逻辑关系实行反向逻辑关系设置,以着色提示数据错误。结果当汇总表生成后,结果显示:沙市区黄场村"血检数"、"粪阳数",沙口村"粪阳数"、"病人总计",杉木村"病人总计",刘园村"血检数",三岔村"粪阳数"、西湖村"病人总计"呈现彩色,提示数据有误。结论 Excel 2003自动审核2012年荆州市血吸虫病疫情年报,能清晰明确显现错误数据,达到准确、快速、自动审核的效果,节省了因核对数据所需人力、精力和时间,极大提高了工作质量和效率。

Objective To explore the skill of using Excel 2003 automatic audit annual reports for schistosomiasis control in Jingzhou in 2012. Methods Conditional formatting of the Excel 2003 was applied, reverse logic setting was implemented for all fields of the annual endemic reports, and data errors were indicated by color. Results When the summary was created,the results showed： ＂the blood test number＂ and ＂the stool positive number＂ of Huangchang village, ＂the stool positive number＂ and ＂the total number of patient＂ of Shakou village,＂ The total number of patient ＂of Sbamu and Xihu village, ＂The blood test number＂ of Liuyuan village,＂ The stool positive number＂ of Shancha viUage, all the above data displayed color indicating data errors. Conclusion Excel 2003 automatic audit annual reports for schistosomiasis control in Jingzhou was applied in 2012. It could discover data errors clearly,and made automatic audit accurate and rapid. Manpower, energy and time for checking data were saved, and work quality and efficiency were greatly improved.
