儿童高IgE综合征1例报告 被引量：2

摘要 高IgE综合征（hyperimmunoglobulin e syndrome,HIES）又称Job综合征,1966年,由Davis Schaller和Wedguood两人首次报道.HIES是一种原发性免疫缺陷病.此病以反复湿疹样皮炎、反复细菌感染引起皮肤冷脓肿,肺部感染致肺脓肿,并引起肺部组织破坏、肺膨出以及嗜酸性粒细胞、血清IgE水平显著增高为特征.本病临床少见但临床表现复杂多变,易引起误诊;国内对本病的文献报道较少,本科收治1例高IgE综合征患儿,现报道如下并进行文献复习,以提高对本病的认识.
