群众参与干部考核有利于提高考核指标的科学性和考核结果的真实性。目前干部考核制度滞后于群众参与积极性,缺少群众参与,考核透明度和可信度受到质疑。群众说真话的氛围缺乏,信息公开机制不健全,意见表达渠道不通畅是制约因素。改变唯GDP的评价标准,营造敢说真话的氛围,提供群众参与的可靠渠道,利用大数据获取和认定考核信息是干部考核工作的当务之急。

Cadres and the masses to participate in the assessment will help improve the scientific assessment indicators and assessment results authenticity. Cadre appraisal system lags behind the enthusiasm of the people involved, the lack of public participation, transparency and credibility assessment being questioned. There is a lack of atmosphere where people tell the truth, and information disclosure mechanism is not perfect. The channel of opinions expressed is not restrictive factors. So, it is necessary to change only GDP evaluation criteria, and create an atmosphere of telling the truth, provide a reliable source of mass participation. It is a countermeasure to make use of large data acquisition and assessment information.
