才溪乡调查精神的形成及其现实意义

The Spirit of Caixi Town's Survey and Its Practical Significance

1931年后,毛泽东由于受到当时执行"左"倾路线的临时中央的排挤而到革命的后方主持苏维埃政府工作。当时党内就如何处理战争和经济建设存在两种错误观点。1933年11月下旬,毛泽东到才溪乡对乡苏政权建设、经济建设等问题进行了详细的考察,写出了《才溪乡调查》,用事实证明了战争和经济建设可以同时进行的正确性,澄清了党内的两种错误倾向。毛泽东深入实际进行调查的研究精神,为现阶段实现我党十八大提出的"两个百年"目标具有重要的现实意义。

After 1931, Mao Zedong was arranged to manage the rear work of Soviet government due to the ＂left＂ revolution line of the temporary central bureau. There existed two error views on how to deal with the war and economic construction at that time. In the late November 1933, Mao Zedong made a further investigation on Caixi town about Su regime construction, economic construction and wrote＂the survey about Caixi Town＂. And this famous survey report proved correctness about war and policy of economic construction at the same time, as well as clarified the two kind of erroneous tendencies inside the Party. Mao Zedong ’s spirit investigation has the important practical significance at present for the realization of the two century goal of our Party.
