云南哆依果中重金属元素的分析

Detection of Six Heavy Metal Elements in Yunnan Duoyi Fruit

采用干法消解一火焰原子吸收光谱法分别对云南哆依果中的铜、铁、镉、锌、铅、锰6种重金属元素含量进行测定，目的是为人们对哆依果中各种重金属元素含量的了解，提供食用参考。结果显示，哆依果中的铜、铁、镉、铅4种重金属元素含量均超过《食品标准法》中规定的相应限量指标值。

In order to better understand levels of 6 heavy metal elements in Yunnan duoyi fruit for further to provide edible references, the contents of Cu, Fe, Cd, Zn, Pb and Mn were determined by the dry digestion- flame atomic absorption spectrometry.The results showed that the contents of Cu, Fe, Cd and Pb have exceeded the corresponding limit value stated by the food standards act of the Pepole＇s Republic of China.
