ICP—AES测定四氯化钛中的三氯化铝和铜

Determination of Amounts of Aluminum Chloride and Copper in Titanium Tetrachloride by ICP-AES

摘要 采用全谱直读电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定四氯化钛中三氯化铝和铜的含量,方法检出限三氯化铝为0.02μg·mL-1铜为0.01μg·mL-1,回收率铝为97.50%-100.75%,铜为98.33%-100.30%,相对标准偏差为三氯化铝为4.61%,铜为4.63%,测定结果令人满意,方法简捷、快速、可信。 Amount of aluminum chloride and copper in titanium tetrachloride were determined by the full spectrum of direct-reading inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry, the method is that detection limit for aluminum chloride was 0.02μg·mL-1, copper was 0.01μg·mL-1, the recovery rate of aluminum chloride was 97.50%w100.75%, copper was 98.33%-100.50%, the relative standard deviation for the aluminum chloride was 4.61%, copper was 4.63%, the results of determination is satisfactory, the proposed method is simple, rapid and reliable.
