摘要
建立了微波消解电感耦合等离子体.原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)以及快速测定垃圾填埋场植物和土壤中重金属含量的测定方法。结果表明:土壤用HCI-HNO3-HF-H2O2(9:3:2:2)混合体系,植物用HCI.HNO3.H2O2(6:2:2)混合体系,消解完全。ICP-AES测定Ba、As、Cd、Cr、Cu和Pb,相关系数,.可达0.9998以上,加标回收率97%--104%,相对标准偏差小于3.7%。方法快速简便、检出限低、精密度好,结果令人满意。
Microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma-Atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) was established, for rapid determination of heavy metals in refuse landfill soil and plants. It is shown that soil and plants were completely digested by HCI-HNO3-HF-H202 (9:3:2:2) and HCI-HNO3-H2O2 (6:2:2), respectively. With this method, Ba, As, Cd, Cr, Cu, and Pb can be determined by ICP-AES. It is found that correlation coefficient can reach at 0.9998 with the recovery rate between 97%-104% and relative standard deviation less than 3.7%. This method is of advantages of high-speed, easy for use, low detection limit, and good precision.
