在ERP建设过程中一项非常重要的工作就是数据的准备,数据包括了业务的静态数据和动态数据,以及老的应用系统的数据迁移等。本文指出了数据准备工作的基本是应确定数据的规范和标准,以保障数据的及时性、准确性和完整性,对不同类型的数据准备进行了分析,同时详细分析了项目实施全过程的数据准备工作,数据的导入工作具有一定的通用性,将对今后新的系统建设具有积极的指导作用。

There is an important thing called data preparation in implementation of ERP which including static and dynamic data and transfer of the original data.This paper points out that the basic principles of data preparation are standards and codes,and guarantee the accuracy,integrality and timeliness of data. We analyzed different type of data and the entire process of data preparation. Because data importing can be used universally,it will has a positive ro）e ）n guiding the construct）on of the new system in the future.
