摘要
本科化是专业学位研究生教学存在的一个显著弊端。导致本科化倾向的原因有教师队伍专门化程度不高、经费不足、缺少常态化的实践基地、对专业学位研究生教育性质的认识存在偏差等。要怯除专业学位研究生教学本科化的不利影响,应在辨析专业学位研究生教育宗旨的基础上,构建与专业学位研究生教育相适应的教学模式及教师遴选机制,赋予基层培养单位在经费获得与使用方面更大的话语权,同时还应致力于建设专业学位研究生教育的联合培养体。
Under-graduate-oriented teaching is a tremendous drawback of professional graduate teaching (PGT). There are many reasons related with it, including lower of teachers' professional proficiency, un-sufficient funds, lacking of normalization practice bases, improper ideas of the nature of professional graduate education (PGE), etc. In order to eliminate the unfavorable influence of under-graduate-oriented teaching, some strategies should be implemented based on the clear purpose of PGE, such as building the rational instruction model and teachers filter system, entrust more power in terms of funds to basic education departments, and building co-operated education organization focusing on PGE.
