基于企业视角的政产学研用合作

Cooperation Among the Government, Industries, Universities, Institutes, and Users Based on Perspectives of Enterprises

中共十七大报告指出,要加快建立以"企业为主体、市场为导向、产学研相结合"的技术创新体系。文章基于企业视角,从经费投入、技术创新链条上企业的作用等方面阐述了企业在政产学研用合作中的主体地位,分析了政产学研用合作现状,建议企业从选择适合的政产学研用合作模式、完善合作的保障机制等方面加强产学研合作。

The official report of the 17th National Congress of C.P.C. pointed out that more effort should be placed on establishing a technology innovation system, in which enterprises play the leading role, and which is market-oriented and combines the efforts of enterprises, universities, and research institutes. This article, based on the perspective of enterprises, argues about the leading roles of enterprises in the cooperation among government, enterprises, universities, research institutes, and users both in terms of capital investment and the effects of enterprises in the technology innovation chain. The current status of cooperation among government, enterprises, universities, research institutes, and users is also discussed. It is suggested that enterprises should focus more on choosing proper methods and implementing better contingency plans in this type of cooperation.
