新疆新型城镇化发展指标体系构建和评价分析

Evaluation Index System of Xinjiang New Urbanization in China

新型城镇化是我国经济发展、社会转型的重要抓手,是经济社会发展转型的必然要求和全面深刻的社会变革。当前,新疆面临跨越式发展和长治久安的两大历史重任,新型城镇化建设作为实现后发赶超的重要支撑和保证,在自治区整体发展战略中具有举足轻重的作用。文章在借鉴以往研究成果的基础上,以全疆15个地州市为研究对象,对城镇化发展情况进行评价研究,重点分析了新疆整体和三大区域城镇化发展水平。文章最后从全疆和各区域两个视角针对新疆城镇化水平的提升提出相应的对策建议。

The new urbanization is an important starting point for China＇s economic development, social transformation, is the inevitable requirement of the transformation of economic and social development and comprehensive and profound social change. At present, Xinjiang is facing two historic tasks： the great leap forward development and long period of stability, the new urbanization construction as an important support and guarantee for catch-up, plays a decisive role in the overall development strategy in Xinjiang. Therefore, on the basis of previous research results, this paper combined with the actual situation of Xinjiang, took 15 cities in Xinjiang as the research object, analyzed the urbanization development, and focused on the whole Xinjiang and three regional urbanization development. At last, this paper from two aspects respectively of Xinjiang and the regional urbanization level of Xinjiang, put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
