享有世界三大名腌菜之誉的重庆榨菜,其产业发展面临着生产上受耕地、劳动力和市场的制约,加工上受研制技术、食品安全、废水污水、防腐保鲜、产业布局、行业竞争、区域竞争等诸多问题的制约。应明确榨菜产业发展前景,加强宏观引导支持,完善一体化生产体系,改进榨菜生产技术和加工工艺,建设中国(重庆)榨菜产业园区,完善市场营销体系,做特做优、做大做强重庆原创品牌产业,促进榨菜产业持续健康有序发展。
Chongqing FulingZhacai(Pickle) enjoys the reputation of the top three pickles in the world. Its production now is facing the restriction of the factors such as cultivated land, labor and market, the processing on the development of technology, food safety, waste water, sewage, antisepsis, industry layout, industry competition and regional competition, and many others. This paper considers that we shall specify the Zhacai(pickle) industry development prospects, strengthen macro guidance support, perfect the system of the integration of production, improve the pickle production technology and processing technology, the construction of China (Chongqing) Zhacai(pickle) industry park, perfect marketing system, do best, bigger and stronger Chongqing original brand industry, promote the Zhacai(pickle) industry healthy and orderly.
