On the Employment Policies in Pearl River Delta Region in China Under the Perspective of Government

就业问题一直是各国政府最为关注的社会问题之一,因为它不仅是一个经济问题,更是一个政治和社会问题。随着我国改革开放的不断深化、全球一体化的加速,以及美国次贷危机的发生,我国珠三角的就业形势严峻。珠三角地区政府应通过发展经济和调整产业结构、规范人力资源市场、完善就业服务、加强职业教育和培训、提供就业援助等措施,创造就业条件,扩大就业范围。

TThe employment has always been one of the most important issues in the social issues problems of governments, because it is not only an economic issue, but also a political and social issue. Along with the constant deepening of reform and opening-up in China, the acceleration of global integration, as well as the occurrence of the U.S. subprime crisis, the severe employment situation of Pearl River delta is obvious. The Pearl River delta region government should through the development of economy and the adjustment of industrial structure, standardize human resources market, consummate employment services, strengthen vocational education and training, employment assistance, create employment conditions, expanding the scope of the employment.
