多档次车型涂装混线工艺布置的探索及应用

Exploration and Application of Multi Grade Models Coating Mix Line Process Layout

通过对目前高中低档汽车产品的涂装工艺对比研究,并结合实际生产特点,将不同档次产品真正实现涂装工艺共线生产。按照实际生产运行能耗数据和其他指标对比,可以看出在同等条件下,按照混线工艺布局设计的生产线在单车运行能耗、单车碳排量以及其他方面均有不错的效果,取得了良好的经济效益和环境效益。

Through the comparative study of different level coating line about currently automobile products, the mixed process line production was achieved. The new type of production model was better than single process in running cost and carbon emission which showed that mixed process coating line could provide good economic and environmental benefits.
