摘要
本研究以中国 30家风险投资公司为样本 ,对发展我国风险投资业的障碍因素进行了现场访谈和问卷调查 ,并在统计分析、调查问卷的信度与效度检验的基础上 。
By means of the field interview and questionnaire investigation on 30 venture capital companies,this article studied on the obstacle factors to developing venture capital in China.Based on the statistics,reliability & validity analysis,the legal counterm easures to developing venture capital in China have been given.
