摘要
在国家要大力发展开放式基金的前提下 ,现有的封闭式基金将面临着转型为开放式基金的可能性。而封闭式基金发生开放化转型或存在潜在的开放化 ,都会对基金的价格产生一定的影响 ,本文就这一问题进行了相关的分析 。
Under the condition of our country devoting major efforts to developing open- end funds, the existing closed- end funds may be restructured as open- end funds.While the closed- end fund is open- ended or has the potential to be open- ended,It will affect the closed- end fund share price. The paper analyses the effect and gives some meaningful results.
