摘要
针对大倾角煤层回采巷道超前支护中容易出现单体支柱滑动的问题,用力学分析的方法分析了单体支柱垂直顶板支护时的受力情况,指出单体支柱滑动失稳是由于该支护状态下逆时针的力矩3.18×105N·m远大于顺时针的力矩1.27×104N·m,支柱自身无法保持平衡造成的。分析了目前常用的大倾角回采巷道支护调斜装置存在的问题,设计研发了新型的尼龙柱帽调斜装置,并对3种支护方法进行现场工业性对比试验,证明了该装置的适应性与优越性,解决了百灵煤矿大倾角煤层回采巷道超前支护的难题,为相同工程地质条件下的巷道支护提供了参考。
In high pitched seam gateway advance support, the pillar is easy to sllp. In this paper mechanics analysis method is used to analysis the pillar, and it is pointed out that the mason of pillar slip is that the counterclockwise torque 3.18×104 N·m is much bigger than clockwise torque 1.27 ×104 N·m and the pillar itself can not balance. The problem of currently used pillar inclination adjustment device in high pitched seam gateway is analyzed, and new inclination adjustment device is developed and also three support site indusfflal comparative tests are carried out, so the adaptability and superiority of the new device is proved. The difficult problem of advance support in high pitehed seam gateway of Bailing Coal Mine is solved, providing a reference for the gateway advance support under the same geological conditions.
