摘要
探讨了在SCR脱硝系统经济运行中氨氮摩尔比分布均匀的重要性,阐述了通过热态下测量SCR反应器进出口NO和NH3浓度分布,进行喷氨优化调整的4个步骤:①试调喷氨阀;②喷氨支管间粗调;③深度方向细调;④不同效率和负荷下的喷氨优化。最后指出,喷氨优化调平后应注意防止过量喷氨,脱硝系统所能达到的最大效率可通过最大效率试验来确定。
This paper discusses the importance of the even distribution of ammonia - nitrogen molar ratio in SCR denitrification operation and describes the concentration distribution of NO and NH3 at SCR reactor inlet and outlet under thermal state. The four steps of ammonia spray optimization adjustment axe as follows:(DDebngging the ammonia spraying valve; ②Rough adjustment of ammonia pipe distance;③Fine adjustment of depth;④Ammonia spray optimization under different efficiency and burden. Finally it is pointed out that over aarnonia spray should be prevented and stopped after optimization and the mszdmum efficiency of de- NOx can be determined by the maximum effciency test.
