生活垃圾分类试点城市管理现状对比分析

Pilot City Status Analysis of MSW Classification and Management

选取十大城市为研究对象,认为城市人口数量及GDP与城市生活垃圾产生量呈正相关性,我国在垃圾分类立法上不够细致,且执行力度不够,再生回收资源化市场不成熟,关键是资金不足,故应结合立法制定普适性强的收费、奖惩等政策,提高居民主动意识,主动参与到分类管理工作中,共同改善我国生活垃圾分类管理现状。

Taking ten cities as the study object, it is thought that population and GDP is positively correlated with MSW out- put in our country, the legislation on MSW classification is not detailed, the implementation is not enough and the renewable resources market is immature, also lack of funds. So the strong universality charges, rewards and punishments policies should be stipulated based on legislation and the initiative of the residents should be improved, actively involved in the classification management, to commonly improve MSW classification and management.
