结合总体节能目标,对秦皇岛市"十二五"期间的能源需求进行了预测,并对三大产业能源利用形式及能源利用比例进行了分析,测算了各行业及领域的节能潜力,范围涵盖工业领域、建筑领域、交通领域、农业领域、服务业及公共机构6个主要方面。通过对测算结果的分析,合理调配各行业领域之间能源消费比例,保障秦皇岛市"十二五"期间节能指标的顺利完成。

Combined with the overall energy efficiency goals, the energy needs of Qinhuangdao City is predicted, energy use in the form and energy utilization proportion of three major industries is analyzed and the energy - saving potential of various industries and fields is calculated, covering the industrial sector, construction, transport, agriculture, the service sector and public institutions. The estimation results analysis shows that a reasonable allocation of the proportion of energy consumption in the industry field between the various industries can safeguard the smooth completion of the energy - saving targets.
