城市郊区的再开发

Redevelopment of Suburbs

随着城市化进程的加快 ,城郊面临的问题越来越严重。面对人口、资源、环境、生态危机之间的矛盾以及工业再生产与土地再利用之间的矛盾 ,急需寻求更为理想的城郊发展模式。本文试图探讨如何充分利用城市载体来规划建设城郊地区 ,使城郊地区能快速、有序、协调地发展。

Along with that the process of urbanization has been accelerated ,the problems in front of suburbs are getting more and more severe .Being faced with the contradictions among popularization ,resources,environment and eco-crisis and the contradictions between industrial reproduction and land reutilization,it is more urgent to seek a more idealized developing mode of suburbs.This paper tries to inquire into how to make full use of municipal carrier to plan and construct the suburb districts and to have them develop rapidly,orderly and harmoniously.
