Combined with the actual situation of the experimental base, the climate situation of northeast of China, as well as the research status at home and abroad, the dissertation makes the layout design of the concreted .Durability laboratory in the northeast of China and make the analysis and discussion for its feasibility, progressiveness andpracticability.
