摘要
围绕核电工程项目管理的长期性和复杂性,介绍了为实现核电工程项目管理目标而进行的管理绩效改进的基本原理。分析了AP1000自主化依托项目为解决日益复杂的挑战和问题而进行的管理绩效改进新实践,在提升资源使用效率、管理标准化和风险缓解方面的收益,说明了管理绩效改进在核电工程建设中举足轻重的作用。
As to the long period and complexity of the project management of the nuclear power plant, this paper introduced the basic theory of the performance improvement plan in order to achieve the objectives of the project management of the nuclear power plant. In order to solve the more and more complex challenges and problems, AP 1000 self-reliance project practiced the performance improvement plan, which had great improvement in the resource usage, management standardization, and risk mitigation, so that performance improvement plan was approved to have great benefits inproj ect management of the nuclear power plant.
