摘要
为解决配电网峰谷差日益增大的现实问题,从经济性、对环境的影响和对资源的需求等方面对现有削峰填谷措施进行了对比分析,并提出电网主动式互动型智能配电网的理念;在深入研究小区与配电网之间自治互动工作模式的基础上,建立了调配方案的统一模型,并分析了不同的优化目标及其求解方法;最后采用动态规划法对模型进行求解和算例验证,结果表明方案可行。
To solve the growing problems of poor distribution network of peak-valley, existing measures of peak load shifting were compared from the economy, the environmental impact and demand for resources. The concept of active interactive smart distribute grid was put forward. Based on the analysis of the interactive modes between the community and the distribution network, uniform model of deployment was established. The different optimization targets and their algorithm were discussed. Finally, the method of dynamic programming was used for the model calculation and example verification. The results showed that the scheme is feasible.
