制药企业设备管理对策探讨

Discussion on Equipment Management Strategy of Pharmaceutical Enterprises

设备是企业在生产过程中使用最为重要的生产工具,设备不仅让企业的技术和生产质量得到了保证,也标志着企业经济现代化发展的进程,因此设备在企业生产中尤为重要。尤其是制药企业,设备管理的好坏可以说是关系着制药企业的经济命脉,生死存亡。但是,现在大多数的制药企业在设备的管理上并没有引起足够的重视,现状存在着很多的问题,在对制药企业的设备管理进行多年研究的基础上,就设备管理上存在的重点问题进行了分析,并提出了几点建议一起探讨。

Equipments is one of the most important tools in the production, it not only guarantees the tech and quality of product, but also is the symbol of economic modernization for the company, so the equipment is the most important for company. Especially for pharmacy companies, the company’s economic and life depend on the management good or not for the equipment. But most of pharmacy companies have not yet pay more attention to the equipment management and also has lots of problems. This paper has been researched the management of pharmacy equipments for many years, and mentioned for the questions as below for together discussion and mutual encouragement.
