摘要
随着医务人员社会与工作压力的不断增大,积极乐观的心理状态成为其胜任工作的决定性因素。本文根据心理资本的理论,结合医务人员工作特点,对医务人员心理资本的内涵做出了进一步界定,分析了心理资本对医务人员工作态度与行为的积极影响,并在人力资源管理六大模块理论基础之上,将心理资本纳入其中,讨论了医务人员心理资本识别与开发的人力资源管理策略。
With the social and working pressure of medical staff increasing, psychological capital become the key weapons which can make medical staff be competent to their work. Firstly, the study put forward the concept of psychological capital of the medical staff based on the concept of psychological capital, which is combined with to the characteristics of medical staff. Then the study analyzes the positive influence of the psychological capital to attitude and behavior of the medical staff .Finally, the study discussed the human re- sources management strategies about psychological capital recognition and development based on six parts of human resources management.
