摘要
目的通过了解广西鹿寨县饮食及公共场所从业人员健康检查情况,为制定下一步传染病防治措施提供依据。方法对鹿寨县城内从事饮食及公共场所服务的从业人员进行健康检查,了解其疾病既往史,进行内科、影像学、肝功能检查等,并分析检查合格率分布情况。结果 2010—2012年鹿寨县饮食及公共场所从业人员传染病检出率为2.6%。传染病主要为乙型肝炎、化脓性或渗出性皮肤病、活动性肺结核。2010—2012年各年度饮食从业人员健康检查合格率均明显高于公共场所(P<0.05);饮食及公共场所从业人员检查合格率呈逐年升高趋势(P<0.05)。2011、2012年该地从业人员乙肝病毒表面抗原(HBsAg)阳性率明显低于外地从业人员(P<0.05)。该地从业人员各年度HBsAg阳性率呈逐年下降趋势(P<0.05)。结论预防性健康检查可早期发现饮食及公共场所从业人员传染病感染情况,防止传染病向广大人群传播。另外,对从业人员进行卫生知识宣传教育,提高从业人员体检合格率也是重要的预防措施。
[ Objective] To understand physical health status of employees in food service and public places in Luzhai County, and provide basis for developing future infectious disease control measures. [ Methods] Health examination was performed on employees in food service and public service in Luzhai County to understand their disease history. The examination of internal medicine, radi- ology and liver function were carried out to analyze the distribution of examination qualified rate. [ Results] The positive rate of in- fectious disease among employees in food service and public places between 2010 and 2012 was 2.6%. The major infectious disea- ses were hepatitis B, suppurative or exudative skin disease, pulmonary tuberculosis. From 2010 to 2012, annual qualified rate of physical examination among food service employees was significantly higher than that of public places employees ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; physi- cal examination qualified rate of employees in food service and public places was increased year by year( P 〈 0.05). In 2011 or 2012, the HbsAg positive rate of local employees was significantly lower than that of employees of other places ( P 〈 0.05 ). annual HbsAg positive rate of local employees was decreased year by year( P 〈 0.05 ). [ Conclusion] The infection status of employees in food service and public places can be early found by preventive health examination to prevent infectious diseases spreading to gener- al population. Additionally, health propaganda and education of employees, examination qualified rate improvement are important control measures.
