摘要
本文分析了我国资源保护的特殊要求 ;认为我国进入了强化资源保护阶段 ,资源保护立法必须适应这个阶段 ;在此基础上 。
The authors first describe the special request on resources protection in China .It is maintained that China have entered the strengthening stage of resources protection which the legislation of resources protection must adapt .With this understanding they then deliver the basic design and suggestion about a new policy and law system for resources protection in China.
