论区域经济发展的产业嵌入及其实现路径--以兰溪市来料加工行业发展为例

On the Industrial Embeddedness in Regional Economy Development and its Realization Way:Taking the Industry of Processing with Customer's Materials in Lanxi as an Example

作为区域发展的首要问题,产业选择实际上一个区域基于优势更替而不断进行的产业嵌入、脱嵌和再嵌入经济登梯过程。这既是一个自然选择的过程,也是一个有为政府的选择并且有效干预的过程。这个过程成功与否,根本的在于产业嵌入的人为因素能否与自然因素相协调,进而摆脱路径锁定效应。兰溪等地的实践经验表明,来料加工虽然是产业嵌入的原始形态,却拉开了大规模市场化和工业化的大门,使后发区域有机会借助溢出效应和市场体系的力量,以"干中学"踏上市场机会扩散、可行能力提升和发展螺旋晋升的成长阶梯。

As the prime question of regional economy development,industry selection is a process of industrial embeddedness,deintercalation and reembeddedness which is based on the regional advantages and their rebuilding. This process is also an integration of natural selection and government intervention. The coordination between these two forces and the ability to break the path locking determine the effect of industry selection. The practice experience of Lanxi shows that the processing with customer's materials opens the mass marketization and industrialization,and makes the backward areas step on the growing ladder of increasing market opportunities,advancing practical ability and developing with a spiral promotion.
