生产性服务企业发展电子商务的关键成功因素研究

摘要 文章以生产性服务企业为研究对象,建立模型并编制问卷对此类企业发展电子商务的关键成功因素进行了实证研究,检验了领导、战略、客户、技术、品牌影响力、信息与网站质量、服务质量七大因素对生产性服务企业电子商务成功实施的影响。通过对300家企业进行调研,收集了186家企业的有效数据。结构方程模型分析结果表明:服务质量、信息与网站质量、战略与领导、品牌影响力均对电子商务的成功产生显著的正向影响,而客户和技术对电子商务成功的影响效应不显著。进而识别出服务质量、信息与网站质量、战略与领导及品牌影响力是生产性服务企业发展电子商务的关键成功因素。
