对我国医疗安全成本控制管理几点思考

Some Reflections on Medical Security Control System in China

随着医疗服务行业竞争性的增强,医院的生存与发展正面临着严峻的挑战。完善我国医疗安全成本控制体系对于降低医院运营成本,以及提高医疗服务安全水平可以起到重要作用。文章通过回顾国外医疗安全成本的研究现状,并分析了我国目前医疗安全成本控制中存在的问题,为我国医疗安全成本控制体系建设提出增强医疗安全成本控制观念、建立术前医疗风险等级及医疗安全成本预测系统、完善医疗物资供应链的医疗安全成本控制管理、建立并发症医疗安全成本控制体系几点建议。

With the increasing fierce competition of medical service, hospitals are faced with the challenges of existence and development. Improving bealthcare security cost control system plays an important role in reducing the operating cost of the hospital, as well as advancing medical service security level. This paper reviews the research situations of foreign medi- cal security cost, and analyses the problems. Based on the medical security control in China study of foreign countries, this paper analyses China current medical security cost control problems, and provide some reasonable suggestions including en- hancing the concept of the control of hospital safety cost, establishing a preoperative medical risk rating and medical securi- ty cost forecast system, improving the security cost control management of medical supplies supply chain, and establishing complications medical security cost system.
