网络著作权严格保护机制研究

随着我国互联网的高速发展和互联网技术的不断普及,人们通过互联网下载、上传、传播文件、图片、软件变得愈发容易。然而,互联网的发展如同一把双刃剑,它在为人类的生产生活带来诸多方便的同时也对著作权的保护提出了严峻的挑战。如何在网络环境下保护著作权人的利益,同时又能实现社会公众利益已成为人们普遍关注的问题之一。因此,对网络著作权理论和我国网络著作权保护现状进行分析,探索建立一种网络著作权的严格保护机制便显得尤为重要。

However, the development of the internet just like a double-edged sword. When it brings a lot of convenience for the human life with the propagation characteristics, it also poses a severe challenge to the copyright-protection. How to protect the interests of the public and the copyright hold- ers in the network environment has become one of the concern. Therefore, it＇ s very important to establish a mechanism which strictly protects the internet copyright on the basis of the theory of the internet copyright and the current situation of copyright-protection on the internet.
