基于SAP ERP的电力安全工作规程考试系统

文章针对云南电网电力研究院电力安全规程考试过程中存在的问题和弊端,如:题库信息保存不长久、手工维护效率低下试的专业化和规范化管理不够完善等,开发了基于SAP ERP的电力安全规程考试系统。此系统是基于ERP思想,在SAP技术平台之上,利用ABAP开发语言,针对安规考试的功能需求进行的详细开发,系统本身主要包括几个功能模块:试题导入;抽取、打印复习题;抽取、打印考试题;下载复习题(面向全体员工)。在最后一个模块中,提供了按需定制的下载复习题功能,能够自动集成试卷(WORD格式),达到了智能化效果。此系统克服了以往安规考试的弊端,大幅缩短安规考试的前期准备时间和人力的投入,提高了安规考试的规范性。

For the problems and defects,which exists in the safety regulations examination of Yunnan electric power test ＆ research institute group co.ltd,such as information is not stored easily,specialization and standardization are not perfect,so we develop the examination system.This system is based on the ERP SAP technology platform and ABAP development language,the safety regulations examination system mainly includes several functional modules：importing papers; extracting,printing review-papers; extracting,printing test-papers; downloading review papers （face to all employees）.In the last module,we provide the special demand-function for downloading papers,which can integrate papers automatically with intelligent result.The system overcomes the drawbacks of the previous safety examination,improves the standard of safety examination,contributes to the security of the enterprise.
