高效液相色谱-荧光检测法测定鸡肉中5种磺胺类药物残留

Simultaneous determination of five kinds of sulfonamide residuesin chicken by high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection

建立了同时测定鸡肉中5种磺胺类药物残留的高效液相色谱分离荧光检测的分析方法.鸡肉样品用二氯甲烷微波萃取后,采用邻苯二甲醛柱前衍生,在最优化的分离条件下,5种磺胺类药物的衍生物在8 min内达到了基线分离.5种磺胺类药物在0.01～5 μmol/L范围内线性关系良好（R2≥o.9902）,检出限为1～10 nmol/L,加标回收率在93.3％～103.3％之间,相对标准偏差小于5.03％.

A high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection method for simultaneous determination of five kinds of sulfonamide residues in chicken was developed.The sulfonamide residues were extracted from chicken samples with methylene chloride by microwave-assisted extraction technique,derivatizated with o-phthalaldehyde and analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection.Five kinds of sulfonamide derivatizations were well separated within 8 minutes under the optimal separation conditions.Calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.01 ～5 μmol/L （correlation coefficients above 0.9902） with detection limits ranging from 1 to 10 nmol/L for the five analytes.The average recoveries were between 93.3 ％ to 103.3％ with relative standard deviations less than 5.03％.
