地理因素对心率变异性时域指标参考值的影响 被引量:1

The relationship between the reference values of heart rate variability time domain indexes and geographical environment

摘要 以研究地理因素对中国中青年健康人心率变异性时域指标参考值的影响,了解该人群心率变异性各时域指标的空间分布规律为目的,应用Spss19.0软件对收集整理的125个市(县)级医院和有关科研单位的13 979例中国中青年健康人心率变异性时域指标与海拔、年平均气温、年平均风速、表土pH、表土碱度、表土盐分等10项地理因素指标进行相关分析,建立回归分析模型和主成分分析模型并进行对比,选出最优模型;应用ArcGIS10.0软件拟合出中国中青年健康人心率变异性各时域指标参考值的空间趋势分布图.研究结果表明:心率变异性时域指标SDNN、SDNNI、RMSSD和PNN50均与部分地理因素有显著相关性,主成分分析模型更适合预测心率变异性各时域指标参考值.由此得出,心率变异性时域指标参考值的建立应考虑地理因素的影响,绘制的空间趋势分布图将更方便临床医生的医学诊断. Objective:To research the influence of geographical factors on the reference values of the young-and middle-aged healthy people's heart rate variability (HRV) time domain indexes and understand their spatial pattern.Methods..to do correlation analysis with SPSS19.0 software on the 13,979 cases of healthy people's HRV time domain indexes collected from 125 city-(county-) level hospitals and the related research units and ten geographical factors such as altitude,annual average temperature,annual average wind speed,topsoil pH,topsoil alkalinity,salinity,etc.,and to do regression analysis and principal component analysis and then to select the best model by comparing these models,and finally to make out the spatial interpolation of those people's HRV time domain indexes by using ArcGIS10.0 software.Results:a significant correlation is found between the HRV time domain indexes such as SDNN,SDNNI,RMSSD and PNN50 and some geographic factors; principal component analysis model is more suitable for forecasting the indicators such as SDNN,SDNNI,RMSSD and PNN50.Conclusion:the effects of geographical factors should be considered while setting the reference values of HRV time domain indexes,and the spatial distribution maps can make medical diagnosis easier.
