锻炼自我设限对大学生的完美主义与锻炼行为的中介作用

The mediation of exercise self-handicapping between perfectionism and exercise behavior of the college students

采用多维完美主义量表和锻炼自我设限量表对582名大学生进行测量,探讨锻炼自我设限对完美主义与锻炼行为是否具有中介作用.根据Baron和Kenny对中介因素分析方法的建议,运用线性回归方法对时间管理锻炼自我设限的中介作用进行检验.结果表明,大学生完美主义中的个人标准、行动迟疑和担心错误对锻炼行为的影响显著,但该影响由于锻炼自我设限(寻求辩解、减少努力)的加入而变小或变得不显著.说明锻炼自我设限对完美主义与锻炼行为具有中介作用.

In order to determine whether exercise self-handicapping mediate of the college students has influence on perfectionism and exercise behavior,582 students were investigated with multidimensional perfectionism scale and exercise self-handicapping scale.Mediation was tested by using linear regression analysis suggested by Baron ＆Kenny （1986）.The result showed that personal standards,doubt about actions and concern over mistakes have significant influence on exercise behavior of the college students.But their effects were diminished when some aspects of exercise self-handicapping（seeking excuse,reducing effort） were included in the predictive equations.It suggested that some aspects of exercise self-handicapping mediate the relationship between perfectionism and exercise behavior.
