Chain supermarket and electronic store are two modern retail ways.The physical distribution plays a decisive role under both the two ways .Especially The development of electronic store is more obviously restricted by the physical distribution. The problem this paper tires to solve is to compare the differences of the physical distribution ways under the two retail ways and based on this, to probe into the physical distribution mode for developing electronic store.
