高压进气式pVTt法流量标准装置原理及设计 被引量:1

摘要 天然气的应用在我国尚处于起步阶段,输气管网的建设将成为今后几十年能源升级换代的主要投资方向。提高管网输配气的压力将提升传输效率和节省建设投资;气体流量计的使用压力也将随之升高,高压标定装置的需求将逐步增多。常压的流量溯源体系已经比较成熟,从如何选取高压气体流量原级装置的视角探讨高压进气式pVTt法流量标准装置的原理及设计,并提出简化计算实例。希望对今后我国原级气体流量标准装置的建设提供参考。 In our country, the application of natural gas is only at the initial stage, so in the coming decades, the construction of gas transmission pipeline network will become the main investment direction for energy upgrades. Raising the pressure of the gas transmission and distribution pipeline network is the good way to improve the transmission efficiency and save the construction investment, while the operation pressure of the gas flow meters will be definitely higher, and the demands for high pressure calibration facility will gradually increase. The traceability for flow calibration under normal pressure is mature, the principle and design of high pressure intake pVTt method flow standard facility are investigated from the viewpoint of how to select high pressure gas flow primary facility, and the simplified calculation example is proposed. Hopefully, this will provide reference for the construction of primary gas flow standard facilities in our country.
