摘要
针对目前大多数流量计测量流量时要求被测流体为单相流或混合均匀的两相流的问题,应用经验模态分解(EMD)和基于累积量的独立成分分析法(ICA),对三相流电导信号进行气相信号和液相信号分离。采用LMS自适应滤波时延估计技术计算其渡越时间,进而间接测量出三相流流量。通过对不同流量的油气水三相流信号进行流量测量可知,试验测量误差小于10%。该方法为准确测量油气水三相流流量提供了一种可行的方法。
At present, in flow measurement, most of the flow meters request the measured fluid liquid features single phase flow or evenly mixed two-phase flow. Aiming at this issue, by adopting empirical mode decomposition (EMD) and the independent component analysis (ICA) based on accumulation, the separation of gas phase signal and liquid phase signal for conduction signal of three-phase flow is carried out ; and by using LMS adaptive filtering time delay estimation technology, the transit time is calculated, thus the three-phase flow is indirectly measured. Through the experiments of flow measurement for oil-gas-water three-phase flow under different flow rate, it is found that the measurement error is less than 10%. It provides a feasible method for precisely measuring oil-gas-water three-phase flow.
