苏州市基层医疗机构在实施国家基本药物制度实施过程中存在着一些问题,通过分析基本药物的使用而降低医药费用,解决"看病贵"的问题,提出相应的解决对策。

s： According to the national regulation, Chinese grass root medical institutions are in full operation of national essential drugs system so as to solve the problem of ＂high cost to getting medical treatment＂ and low down the medical expense through essential drugs usage. However, in Suzhou, the essential drugs catalogue can not meets the basic medical demands. The function of grass roots health services are atrophying, ability of medical services are declining too. Drug production and supplying are disjointed. Some of common diseases have no drug available. The essential drugs catalogue can not meets basic medical insurance catalogue. All those cause patients have so many difficult problems to see a doctor. The national essential drugs system should follow the basic rule of scientific decision and according to grass roots medical institutions operating rules. Adjust relevant public policy so as to make reasonable and scientific national essential drugs system.
