摘要
分析影响内收式双捻机蜗轮减速箱使用寿命的主要因素,采用基准转换循环加工法提高箱体加工精度和蜗轮修形技术提高蜗轮副的尺寸精度是提高内收式双捻机蜗轮减速箱寿命的有效方法。改进后实际应用效果表明:95%的蜗轮减速箱使用寿命超过13个月,与改进前1~3个月的使用寿命相比,极大地降低了维修频率,提高了双捻机整机的工作效率,为企业节约了成本。
To analyze the main factors affecting worm gear reducer casing service life of inner take-up double twister. Adopting datum transformation cycle processing method to raise box processing precision and adopting worm gear shape correcting technology to raise size precision of worm gear is an effective method to raise worm gear reducer casing service life of the inner take-up double twister. The practical effect after improving indicate that the service life of 95% worm gear reducer casing is above thirteen months, comparing with the service life one to three months before improving, the maintenance rate reduce greatly, the work efficiency of double twister rise, and save cost for enterprises.
