环氧涂层预应力钢绞线性能对比研究 被引量:5

摘要 介绍环氧涂层预应力钢绞线的应用,并对单丝涂覆环氧涂层预应力钢绞线和填充型环氧涂层预应力钢绞线在产品标准、力学性能、疲劳性能、防腐性能等方面进行对比研究。结果表明:填充型环氧涂层预腹力钢绞线破断拉力比单丝涂覆环氧涂层预应力钢绞线高3%一4%,安全性能更高;填充型环氧涂层预应力钢绞线的钢丝之间填充环氧树脂,在钢丝之间形成减摩层,避免了微动磨损疲劳的产生,抗疲劳性能比单丝涂覆环氧涂层预应力钢绞线优越。对2种环氧涂层预应力钢绞线进行抗化学性能和盐雾试验,验证了填充型环氧涂层预应力钢绞线防腐性能优于单丝涂覆环氧涂层预应力钢绞线。 To introduce the application of epoxy coated prestressed steel strand, the individual epoxy coated prestressed steel strand and filled type epoxy coated prestressed steel strand was comparative researched from the following aspects such as product standard, mechanical property, fatigue property, anti-con'osion property. Results show that the breaking force of filled type epoxy coated prestressed steel strand is higher 3% -4% than that of individual epoxy coated prestressed steel strand, safety property is higher also. The space of steel wire in filled type epoxy coated prestressed steel strand is filled with epoxy resin, the anti-friction layer formed among steel wire avoids generation of fretting abrasion fatigue its anti-fatigue property is superior to that of individual epoxy coated prestressed steel strand. The two type epoxy coated prestressed steel strands are tested with anti-chemical property and salt spray, it is proved that the property of filled type epoxy coated prestressed steel strand is superior to that of individual epoxy coated prestressed steel strand.
