图书、档案、情报三者的联系 ,为一体化的建立提供了可行的理论依据。实行一体化是信息社会的要求 ,势在必行 ,文章给出了在实行一体化的实施过程中应采取那些必要的措施。

The internal relations among books,archives and information gives a feasible theoretical basis for the establishment of the integration. Implimenting integration,which is the requirement of information society,is inpirative.This paper puts forward some necessary measures should be taken in the course of implementing integraiton.
