摘要
本文主要针对目前农村饮水工程水质多存在铁、锰元素超标问题,从技术方法、滤料组成、工艺流程、使用寿命、操作应用等方面进行分析,阐述农村饮用水除铁、除锰技术原理。结合辽宁省农村饮水安全工程水质除铁、除锰应用情况,就生物板结除铁、除锰技术,氧化除铁、除锰技术,以及二次曝气除铁、除锰技术进行分析比较,分析接触过滤、生物过滤、离子交换、曝气氧化以及膜技术的技术特点以及净水后水质指标。选取典型农村饮水工程,分析我省目前应用较多的维康净水设备、DLK净水设备处理后水质指标,总结除铁、除锰技术优缺点和使用范围,为农村饮水安全工程除铁、除锰设备选择提供依据。
This article mainly develops the theory of iron and manganese removal from rural drinking water on the sides of technical categories, the composition of filter material,filter process, service life in cycles and op- eration,which is aimed primarily at the problem of the rural drinking water containing iron and manganese in Liaoning province.Taking some different cases as example,such as biological hardening,oxidize,aeration for twice, the theories of touching filter, biological filter,exchange of ions, the method of aeration and membrane technique are analyzed.the equipment of iron and manganese removal used mostly called WeiKang filter and DLK device.By contrast two above,it is summarized that the advantage and disadvantage of the equipments, also extent of application.h can be supplied some evidences for choosing plan.
