On the Mutual Relations between Socialist Democracy and Socialist Legality

社会主义民主是无产阶级的政治制度 ,而社会主义法制是社会主义民主不断制度化、法律化的结果。文章阐述了两者的相互关系 ,并介绍了依法治国的一些内容。

Socialist democracy is proletarian political system, and socialist legality is the result of unceasing systemization and legalization of socialist democracy. This paper expounds the mutual relations between the two aspects, and introduces some contents of administering the country in accordance with the law.
