摘要
面对党和政府提出的"基本实现教育现代化"的目标和世界教育形势带来的新挑战,高等院校发展的动力只能从教育改革的创新中来。而教育国际化与本土化整合后重构的创造力,正是一股不可忽视的教育动力。梳理和讨论二者理论上呈现出的单螺旋结构及在教育现代化进程中所发挥的作用,依然具有重要的启发和指导意义。
In the face of the goal of making the education modernized mainly come true and the new challenge of the world situation of education, the driving force for the colleges and universities only comes from innovation of educational reform. While the force coming from the reconstruction between internationalization and localization is just the power not to be ignored. Now it＇s significant of enlightenment and guidance to clear up and discuss their single helix structure in theory and the effect in the course of the modernization of education.
