社会主义核心价值观是党的十八大提出的重大理论创新,具有科学性、主导性、实践性、大众性,是新时期思想政治工作的纲领与灵魂,它对全国各行各业来说,都具有普遍意义,必须毫不动摇坚持其引领作用。新农村建设过程的复杂性、艰巨性,反映出思想政治工作的特殊性,必须紧密结合新农村建设实际,充分发挥社会主义核心价值观对新农村思想政治工作的引领作用,进一步更新观念,凝聚共识,创新内容与方法。

The socialist core values, put forward by the Communist Party＇s 18th conference, is the major theoretical innovation. Because of its scientific, dominant, practical, mass characteristics, it plays the soul of ideological and political work in the new period .For the country in all walks of life, it has universal significance. So is the new rural ideological and political work. It must be closely combined with the new rural construction, guided by the socialist core values. The complexity and difficulty of the new rural construction process reflects the particularity of the ideological and political work.
