摘要
邻苯二甲酸酯是广泛应用在塑料中改善其加工性能的一种工业添加剂,塑料包装材料内的邻苯二甲酸酯类添加剂向食品的迁移会造成食品污染并最终危害消费者的健康,已受到人们的广泛关注.建立了饮料(纯净水、果汁)中10种邻苯二甲酸酯气相色谱-质谱联用分析方法,10种邻苯二甲酸酯的浓度在0.1~5 mg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数(r)在0.997以上,最低检测限在0.03~0.99 μg/L.0.1mg/L和1 mg/L两个添加水平下加标回收率范围69.57%~112.23%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)在2.66%~9.86%.检测结果表明:5种样品中均检出了DIBP、DBP和DEHP 3种塑化剂,其中DIBP含量相对偏高,DBP和DEHP的含量并未超过国标GB 9685-2008规定的迁移置(分别为0.3mg/L和1.5 mg/L).
Phthalates are widely used asindustrial additive in plastics to modify its processing property. Migration of additive from plastic packaging materials into foods has been widely concerned which may contaminate foods and finally endanger people's health. A method for the simultaneous determination of ten kinds phthalate acid ester plastieizers in drink samples by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was established, The calibration curves showed good linearity in the range of 0. 5 - 5 mg /L and the correlation coefficients (r) were more than 0. 997. The limits of quantification were in the range of 0. 03-0. 99 ug/L (S/N=-10). The recovery of two level, 0.1 mg/L and 1 mg/L, ranged from 69. 57% to 112. 23% and the relative standard deviations (RSDs,n=6) was 2. 66%-9. 86% . The results showed that DIBP,DBP and DEHP were detected in five samples. DBP and DEHP contents were lower than the legal limits (0. 3 mg/L and 1.5 mg/L respectively) of the national standards GB 9685--2008. However, DIBP content was obviously higher than the others.
